Founder and Owner
Christian is an experienced Business- and Change Management Consultant with positions as Manager and Project Manager in large organizations on his CV.
Project responsibility in companies as Danske Bank, Nordea, BEC, KMD, Danish Defence, Dansk Standard, NREP and PROCE Institute.
Christian has a Bachelor in Economics from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and Managing the Service Delivery System (MSDS) exam from Scandinavian International Management Institute (SIMI).
Christian is certified Prosci ADKAR Practitioner and SAFe 5.0 Agilist.

ImpleCution ApS is a consulting company founded back in 2012 with a strong knowledge base about the Financial Industry.
Since then we have been involved in a range of transformation projects in IT, Consulting and Public Sectors as well as Financial Institutions.
Our main products are Strategy Development, Business Analysis and Organizational Change Management.
The name ImpleCution is a contraction of the words Implementation and Execution.

Pre Analysis with a large public customer
We have delivered a pre analysis to a large public customer regarding Business Change Management activities related to an IT implementation across 9 departments and a Ministry. The target group for the implementation was +10.000 end-users.
With use of structured interviews with relevant stakeholders, we developed a clear recommendation to mangement at the public customer as well as the IT system provider.
Business Analysis Across Boarders
With a Property Developer we delivered a business analysis made across departments and brands situated in Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden.
With our unique Business Analysis toolbox we delivered a clear recommandation of 50 different activities to uptimize the business and strengthen knowledge sharing across the organization.
Interim Project Management
We have been involved in large business- and IT transformations as Interim Project Manager - both related to Business Development and Organizational Change Management.
