Description
The course gives you an insight into how current technological trends affect the company's strategy and business. As managers and key employees, you analyze how digital solutions affect the organization's dynamics and decision-making processes.
We work with the 12 Box model, a unique facilitation tool that covers all aspects of a company's transformation – from vision and innovation to operational touchpoints and tasks. The model has been developed to create a coherent structure where strategy and implementation go hand in hand.

Christian Bagger is an experienced management consultant with extensive experience from business transformations in the Nordics' leading financial groups, including Nordea and Danske Bank. As a partner in the PROCE™ Institute, Christian has contributed to the development and implementation of the 12 Box model and the 4Dimensions™ Transformation Framework.
Jens Henning Ravnsmed is an advisor and facilitator with focus on sustainable transformations and digital strategic leadership. Jens Henning have adviced a range of public companies in competence- and change projects, and member of the Digital Competence Commitee in Danish IT. Jens Henning helps companies with connecting strategy to digital transformation, so they can navigate and perform in an increasingly more complex world.
